SIR! I watched the vid where you do a similar haircut on a blonde while I was in beauty school and I straight up copied it and this haircut is the BACKBONE of my career. I work in a high end salon in Brooklyn doing the most cuts out of anyone in my salon and every day people tell me I'm a magician and it's the best haircut of their life and they used to have to style their hair in the morning and now they wake up with a good hair day for four months straight. I give all my long layers the same freaking haircut and it works like a charm.

How can I find a hair-stylist who has the skills to follow this tutorial? Is it okay to ask a stylist to watch the video? Do I pay them to do it?

Love it. Starting off, the hair seemed thin and lifeless. It’s amazing how her hair looks thicker and has great movement.

I would have left a heavier guideline at the bottom. Then fliped those long layers from back over the top of her head, made it fuller since she has a lot of fine hair. All that layering just shredded her hair out.

Better without the bangs... they look like they're in the process of a painful grow out😮 it would have helped with a nice money piece .

Did you use the fringe triangular section as a guide for the increased layers in front, or did you pull the increased layers above the fringe section to make it longer?
